The aesthetic is a magnificent fusion of magic and nature, with glowing purple runes and stone structures entwined with roots. The upgrade costs 18,000,000 Gold and takes 19 days. The Town Hall's Giga Inferno can be upgraded further, solidifying its status as the most dangerous structure on the battlefield.
Key Unlocks: Unprecedented Magical Defenses
TH15 is defined by two revolutionary new defensive structures that force a complete re-evaluation of attack strategies.
- Monolith (x1): The signature defense of TH15. The Monolith is a single-target defense that deals a base amount of damage plus a significant percentage of the target's maximum hitpoints. This makes it incredibly deadly against high-health units like Heroes, Golems, P.E.K.K.A.s, and Lava Hounds. It is the ultimate tank-killer. It costs 300,000 Dark Elixir to build.
- Spell Tower (x2): For the first time, defenses can cast spells. The Spell Tower is a versatile structure that can be set to one of three modes, casting a spell when troops enter its radius:
- Rage Tower: Enrages nearby defensive buildings and Clan Castle troops, making them attack faster and deal more damage.
- Poison Tower: Casts a Poison Spell on enemy troops, slowing them down and draining their health.
- Invisibility Tower: Casts an Invisibility Spell on nearby buildings and defenses, making them temporarily untargetable.
- Giga Inferno Upgrade: The Town Hall's Giga Inferno can be upgraded to its final level. When the Town Hall is destroyed, it no longer releases a static poison bomb. Instead, a "poison cloud" effect covers the entire base for a period, which slows down all enemy troops but does not deal damage. - Recall Spell: A revolutionary new Elixir spell. It allows you to remove troops, heroes, and pets from the battlefield and then redeploy them anywhere else. This enables incredibly complex, multi-stage attacks, such as recalling a Queen after a "Queen Charge" and deploying her with the main army.
- Battle Drill: A new Siege Machine that travels underground, emerging to attack the nearest defense. It stuns its target upon surfacing, buying precious time for your army.
- New Hero Pets: Four new pets become available at the Pet House.
- Frosty: Spawns "Frostmites" that slow down defenses.
- Diggy: A subterranean pet that burrows underground and pops up to stun and attack defenses.
